[is stretched out on her bed, waiting for him to show up. she doesn't know WHERE that conversation came from, but it wasn't something she could do in one hundred forty characters when she couldn't see the look on his face. and apparently he couldn't either, because he was just making her more and more confused.
So she's just going to sit there, eyes closed and wait for him to knock on the door before saying:]
It's open.
